Leak Detection and Repair on Oahu
Leak repair is part diagnostics and part technique. Sometimes the source of a water problem is easy to find; other times it takes a trained plumber’s sleuthing. We find the leak, show you what we found, and fix it.

Slab leaks
When a water or drain line runs under a concrete slab, a leak can show up far from where it starts: warm or damp spots on the floor, cracked flooring, or water appearing where it shouldn’t. The first job is to find exactly where the line is failing, so only what’s necessary gets opened up.
From there we’ll walk you through the options: repairing the damaged section, rerouting the line, or, for sewer and drain lines under the slab, trenchless pipe lining where the pipe allows, which can avoid tearing up floors. Some jobs do need the slab opened; we’ve done that work too, and we’ll tell you honestly which approach fits.

How we handle a leak
1. Locate it
We track the leak to its source, whether it’s a fixture, a pipe in the wall or ceiling, a buried supply line or a line under the slab.
2. Explain it
We show you what we found, walk through your options, and give you clear pricing before work begins.
3. Repair it
We repair or replace the damaged pipe or fixture, test it, and clean up. Bigger repiping jobs are scheduled at a time that works for you. Request service.

Leak detection questions
How do I know if I have a hidden leak?
Low water pressure, dampness in lower cabinets, a musty odor, a stained or bubbling ceiling, wet patches with no obvious cause, or a higher-than-usual water bill can all be signs. Call us and we’ll track it down.
Can you find a leak under a concrete slab?
Yes. We locate the failing section first, then explain the repair options, including rerouting the line or, for sewer and drain lines, trenchless lining where the pipe allows.
Do you repair burst and corroding pipes?
Yes. We stop the leak and replace damaged pipe. If you’re dealing with a major leak or loss of water, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to respond quickly.
Do you give estimates before starting work?
Yes. Whenever possible, we’ll explain the issue, walk through your options, and provide clear pricing before work begins.
