Hydro-jetting vs. snaking
A drain snake punches a hole through a clog. That gets water moving again, but the grease, scale or roots stay on the pipe wall and the clog often comes back.
Hydro-jetting sends high-pressure water through the line to scour the inside of the pipe clean. It breaks up heavy sludge, mineral buildup and tree roots, and flushes them out. It isn’t right for every pipe: if an older line is badly cracked or corroded, we look at it with a camera first and tell you whether jetting is safe for it.
Camera inspection: see the problem before you pay to fix it
We run a camera through the line and show you the video, so you can see the roots, the buildup, the sag or the crack yourself, and where it is.
If the camera finds a damaged pipe, trenchless pipe lining can often restore it without digging up your yard or floors.

Hydro-jetting and sewer line questions
What is hydro-jetting?
A method of cleaning drain and sewer lines with high-pressure water. It scours grease, scale and roots off the inside of the pipe rather than just opening a hole through the clog.
Is hydro-jetting safe for older pipes?
It depends on the pipe. For older or damaged lines we inspect with a camera first and tell you whether jetting is the right approach.
What’s the difference between hydro-jetting and snaking?
A snake opens a path through a clog. Hydro-jetting cleans the whole pipe wall, which is why it helps with clogs that keep coming back.
What are the signs of a main line clog?
